Our beef is processed at Hoagland Meat in Homedale, ID. It is a rancher owned facility that takes pride in doing things the right way. They have a USDA inspector on site daily.

Less than 15% of the total purchase price is required to reserve your share of our bulk beef. The remainder is due on delivery.

We have a custom cut sheet that we've been using for the last two years, and customers have been loving it. Let us take the burden of 50 decisions off your shoulders with our custom cut sheet. However, if you purchase a half or a whole beef you have the option to have it cut however you like it.

Keep it simple! There are a million opinions out there on the internet on how to cook grass-fed beef. Cook it slow, cook it fast, sear the outside fast, then slow cook, reverse sear after cooking it real slow, and on and on. Get a good digital meat thermometer so you don't overcook you meat and end up loosing tenderness, flavor, and juiciness.
