A half beef share is approximately 250 lbs. of packaged, high quality, healthy beef. Hormone free, antibiotic free, 100% grass fed, grass finished, grown in the mountain pastures of Idaho. At $10.99/lb. packaged weight, this flavorful and nutrient-rich beef is an excellent value.

At Field to Fork, you get exactly what you pay for.

A $350 deposit is due at checkout. The remaining balance will be calculated based on the actual packaged weight of your beef and is due upon delivery.

We deliver orders to the McCall, Boise, and Idaho Falls areas every other week. We also offer ranch pickup in McCall and Bruneau. Shipping to other areas is available for an additional fee.

With the purchase of this package, you can expect approximately:

• 30 roasts & cuts (assorted Round Roast, Chuck Roast, Short Ribs, Brisket, Tri-Tip, Cube Steak, Stew Meat, Sirloin Tip Roast, etc.)

• 65 steaks (assorted Top Sirloin, New York Strip, London Broil, Rib-Eye, Tenderloin, etc.)

Our beef is double vacuum-sealed to lock in freshness. A 1/2 share will fit in a 6 cubic ft. freezer and will feed a family of four two meals per week for about one year.
