A quarter beef share is approximately 125 lbs. of premium packaged beef at just $11.25/lb. packaged weight. Exceptional quality at an honest price, unlike live or hanging weight pricing, where you pay for meat you never receive (plus cut and wrap fees), with Field to Fork you only pay for the actual packaged beef you receive.

Simple Ordering: Pay a $199 deposit at checkout. The remaining balance is due upon delivery, calculated from the actual packaged weight you receive.

Your quarter share will include approximately:

• 15 roasts & specialty cuts (Round Roast, Chuck Roast, Short Ribs, Brisket, Tri-Tip, Cube, Stew Meat, Sirloin Tip Roast, etc.)

• 30 steaks (Top Sirloin, New York Strip, London Broil, Rib-Eye, Tenderloin, etc.)

• 70 lbs. of ground beef

Our beef is double vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness, tenderness, and flavor.

• Half share fits in a 6 cu. ft. freezer and feeds a family of 4 for about a year (two meals/week).

• Quarter share fits in a 3 cu. ft. freezer and feeds a family of 2 for about a year, or a family of 4 for about 6 months.
