A Quarter beef share is about 125 Lbs. of packaged high quality healthy hormone free, antibiotic free, grass fed, silage finished mountain grown beef. At $11.25/Lb. packaged weight, this flavorful healthy beef is a bargain. Don't get fooled by live and hanging weight pricing where you pay for product you never receive and you have to pay the cut and wrap fee.

At Field to Fork you get what you pay for. You will pay a $199 deposit at checkout and the remaining balance will be paid when we deliver your beef and will be calculated on the actual weight of the meat you receive.

We deliver orders to the McCall, Boise, and Idaho Falls areas every other week.  We also offer pickup from the ranches in McCall and Bruneau.  Shipping to other areas is available for an additional fee.

USDA Harvested, Inspected & Packaged

With the purchase of this package, you can expect the following approximate breakdown:

• 15 roasts & cuts (an assortment of Round Roast, Chuck Roast, Short Ribs, Brisket, Tri-Tip, Cube, Stew Meat, Sirloin Tip Roast, etc.)  

• 30 steaks (an assortment of Top Sirloin, New York Strip, London Broil, Rib-Eye, Tenderloin, etc.)  

• 70 lbs. of Ground Beef

Our beef is double vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness. A 1/2 share will fit in a 6 cubic ft. freezer and feed a family of 4, two meals per week for about one year.
